We've been working on our new class schedule and I'm excited about painting our upcoming projects. As soon as I am able to complete a project I'll post the photo on the class page. Please check back frequently.
Upcoming projects include rabbits, manger animals, goldfinches, a barnyard rooster Santa, a Paris Cafe, Tuscan-ish entry stairs scene, Ginger's Grapes on wall paper, and a beach scene. You can see that we have quite a variety. We'll even paint a little for the holidays with Mrs Santa and ornaments.
We'll have a couple of weeks break after our seminar with Ros. Yeah! Classes will resume the week of Aug 11 & 12 with some special classes. In August when we return from break, we have 2 workshops planned for Wednesdays, 10a - 4p. The first is the Flowered Stairway by Connie Parkinson, a wonderful scene with pots of flowers along a stairway. We'll paint a small version to make sure we can complete it in one day.
The second week workshop is ornaments with a beautiful Rebecca Baer berry design and some delightful Chris Haughey designed Santa and Snowmen Key ornaments. Both promise to be lots of fun to play with different and varied techniques and products. Be sure to join us.
Then we are back to our regular schedule for the fall.
